By accessing or using Designry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Designry is a browser-based design system generator that allows users to create color palettes, typography scales, spacing tokens, and other design system components. The Service runs entirely in the user's browser and does not require installation.
Designry offers a free tier with core functionality and paid plans with additional features including Figma Variables export, Tailwind configuration output, and advanced customization options.
Subject to these Terms, Designry grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or commercial projects.
The Pro plan is available for a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees. All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of payment at hello@designry.io and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After the 7-day refund window, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for failure to use the Service or for changes in features subsequent to purchase.
Designry is designed with privacy by default. The Service operates entirely within your browser. Your design tokens, color inputs, and system configurations are stored locally in your browser's storage and are never transmitted to or stored on Designry's servers.
We do not collect, store, or have access to your design work. You retain full ownership and control of everything you create using the Service.
The Designry name, logo, software, algorithms, and user interface are the intellectual property of Designry and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service itself.
The design tokens, palettes, and other outputs generated by the Service belong entirely to you. We claim no ownership over anything you create with Designry.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Designry does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We do not guarantee that the outputs generated by the Service will meet any specific accessibility, compliance, or design standard requirements for your particular use case. You are responsible for verifying that outputs meet your requirements before use in production.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Designry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall Designry's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you may discontinue use of the Service.
